Terms and Conditions of the Canadian School of Barra EIRELI

The use of the Escola Canadense da Barra EIRELI website to purchase tickets for school events is subject to the following Terms and Conditions:

Eligibility:

Our website is intended only for students enrolled at the institution. When purchasing tickets, the customer must provide a valid registration number for identification.

Payment:

Payment for tickets must be made via credit, debit card, bank slip or PIX. It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding their chosen payment method. Ticket prices include all applicable taxes and fees.

Ticket Delivery:

Tickets will be delivered via email registered by the customer. It is the customer's responsibility to provide a valid email address and monitor inbox and/or spam to ensure receipt of tickets. Tickets will be sent within 48 hours of payment confirmation.

Refund Policy:

Escola Canadense da Barra EIRELI does not offer refunds for tickets after confirmation of purchase. In case of cancellation of the event, the school reserves the right to decide whether tickets will be refunded or whether a new date will be set for the event. If the event is postponed, tickets will be valid for the new date.

Purchase cancellation:

Escola Canadense da Barra EIRELI reserves the right to cancel the purchase of tickets if any fraud or suspicious activity is identified. In case of cancellation, the amount paid for tickets will be refunded.

Intellectual property:

All content on the Escola Canadense da Barra EIRELI website, including images, texts, logos and trademarks, is the property of the school and cannot be reproduced, copied or distributed without prior authorization.

Limitation of Liability:

Escola Canadense da Barra EIRELI is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the website and/or tickets purchased through it.
