Exchange, Return and Refund Policy of Escola Canadense da Barra EIRELI

Escola Canadense da Barra EIRELI ("we", "us" or "our") aims to provide our customers with a satisfactory and smooth shopping experience on our school event ticketing website for enrolled students only. Therefore, we have an exchange, return and refund policy to help resolve any issues that may arise.

Exchanges:

We do not exchange tickets, except in the case of an error in the student's registration. If the student registered on the ticket is different from the student who will attend the event, please contact us immediately so we can make the correction.

Returns:

We only accept ticket returns if the event is canceled or postponed. If the event is cancelled, the full ticket price will be refunded, including processing fees, within 30 days of notification of cancellation. If the event is postponed, the ticket will be valid for the new event date. If you are unable to attend the new event date, you will be entitled to a

reimbursement.

Reimbursement:

We refund the full ticket price, including processing fees, only in cases of event cancellation or in cases where errors occurred in the student's registration. The refund will be made within 30 days after notification of the cancellation or registration error.

Requests for exchanges, returns or refunds must be made by email at financi@maplebearbarra.com or by phone at (21) 3825-5900, within 48 hours of purchasing the ticket. After this period, we do not accept requests for exchanges, returns or refunds, except in cases of cancellation or postponement of the event.

Important Notes:

Tickets are personal and non-transferable, therefore it is not permitted to sell or transfer them to another person.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged tickets.
Refunds will only be made to the original ticket purchaser and to the same payment method used for purchase.
The refund does not include additional costs such as transportation, accommodation, food or other costs related to the event.
